Targeting cardio, core, and muscle toning: our 1-hour Circuit training workouts are perfect for busy people on-the-go. FitSport's expert Performance Coaches change the workouts daily and keep the energy going, moving you through a series of exercise stations throughout the session. All fitness levels welcomed.

Boxing
Boxing is a great workout for anyone looking to torch calories, elevate the heart rate, sharpen reflexes and tone muscle -- and have fun in the process!. You'll learn authentic boxing techniques from experienced instructors. All levels welcomed. Gloves provided or bring your own.

Self-Defense
Learn realistic attack and defense skills designed to counter common threats, like bullying, unwanted agression or harassment, and techniques for more serious encounters, such as an assailant or home intruder. Are you prepared if the unthinkable happens? Special 10-week program for teens.

Private Fitness Training
If you're serious about reaching a personal fitness goal you never thought possible, or getting in top form for swimsuit season, or even looking to continue the progress of your physical therapy and rehabilitation, the benefits of a dedicated personal coach are undeniable. Our professional and certified trainers are experienced and ready to customize a workout regimen designed just for you.
First Timers
Come dressed in comfortable, breathable non-restrictive clothing – remember, our classes will get you moving! Ice cold water is available during the class. We provide a newly remodeled locker room equipped with lockers, showers, and fresh towels. Cold beverages and snacks for sale in the lobby.
