16 High Energy Sessions
Monday - Friday, 6:00 - 7:00 AM & Saturdays, 8:00-9:00 AM 'till Thanksgiving day (November 25th)
We provide lockers, showers, filtered water. Bring your own towel and water container or bottle. A variety of healthy drinks and snacks are available for purchase.
You must complete the 16-session challenge. After completion you will get your picture on the community board for a month & get 20% off your next challenge. You will also be entered into the grand prize raffle.
Everyday is a Different Workout
We combine strength training, high intensity interval training, cardio, & different fat burning exercises with boxing, kickboxing, & circuit training style workouts. This makes every workout exciting & different.
