Muay Thai uses it all -- boxing, kicking, knees & elbows. No experience necessary. Just come in and try it.

Elite Speed, Strength & Agility

Speed Coach Stephan Harvey brings his expertise and passion to his elite athletes in these intense, 1-hour training sessions. Heavy on resistance training, technique and core work to "build the engine," athletes of any sport will become faster, stronger and more explosive after just a few weeks of training.

Youth Boxing

Designed to reinforce a positive, respectful mentality, boxing also instills a “never give up” mindset. It’s a great way to train athletic skills and cross-train for almost any sport. Kids who box benefit from improved self-esteem, discipline, classroom behavior, and more. And while aggression has its place in any sport, boxing teaches you to “keep it in the ring.”

Baseball Training Academy

Our mission is to develop young players to reach their maximum potential while nurturing their enjoyment of the game of baseball.

Academy athletes are trained in all aspects of baseball skills, age-appropriate strength, agility, and speed. Academy training is available six days-a-week at our 11,000 sq. ft. training facility with on site batting cages, practice turf and experienced baseball and performance coaches.
