Update 7/13/20: Due to the closure of indoor operations at gyms, we have moved our classes outdoors. We have set up individual workout stations in our South parking lot--a wide open space immediately adjacent to the facility. Check-ins and temperature checks will continue to be conducted outside upon arrival. Face coverings are required while checking-in, grabbing equipment, and leaving training area. 

Temperature checks

  • All employees and members to be checked at the front desk, upon entry. Any person with a reading of 100 degrees or greater is to immediately leave the facility.

Face coverings

  • Face coverings are required at all times by all members and staff. Please wear a cloth face covering upon entering facility, while exercising/training, and when exiting building. This mandate on face coverings was imposed by L.A. County effective July 1ST until further notice.


  •  Sanitation stations, hand washing stations, and wipe dispensers have been added  throughout facility

  • Check in/check out 

  • Cubbies and Personal item storage

  • Cardio Area

  • Free weights/boxing ring

  • Restrooms


  • All equipment must be properly disinfected at contact points at the conclusion of each class. Members should take the necessary equipment needed for the day's class and place it in their designated workout area. All used equipment should be left in the workout area after class to be collected, disinfected and returned to the racks by staff immediately after the class. Use the designated disinfecting spray bottles provided.


  • Members will be required to bring their own personal towel and or yoga mats. Supplied shower towels are not available until further notice. Employees and members should bring their own towels.

 Social Distancing

  • The facility has been redesigned to adhere to public health guidelines regarding social distancing.

  • Lobby area furniture has been removed except for a small number of chairs and one table. Chairs must be placed at least 6 feet apart.

  • Cardio equipment will be placed 6 ft. apart. or taken out of service.

  • All members and coaches will be required to maintain social distancing parameters at all times.

  • No physical touching of any sort (high fives, fist bumps, hugs).


  • Members will be required to sign up for classes online prior to entering facility (limited spots will be available based on square footage and social distancing guidelines). 

  • Employees must leave the facility after duties. Do not linger. Members are encouraged to do the same to avoid crowding.

Member and Staff Guidelines

  • Do not use facility if you are sick or have been exposed to someone who has exhibited symptoms of COVID-19.

  •  Please maintain social distancing at all times—6 Ft.

  • Wash or sanitize  your hands before entering and exiting the facility

  • Cover your mouth when coughing and sneezing.

  • Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth.
