Our combination of velocity-based strength training, expert skills coaching, plyometrics, agility, and speed sessions, is part of what makes FitSport football training among the most complete programs in Southern California. We feature indoor training with a fully-equipped NFL-style training center and an outdoor practice field.  Programs for ages 10 and up.

Developmental Football
Ages 10-13

Sundays
3:00 - 5:00 PM

      Training includes:

  • Agility

  • Speed/explosiveness

  • Position-specific skills

  • Fundamentals of offensive & defense 

  • Team building

Prep Football
Ages 14+

Tuesdays & Thursdays

3:30 - 5:00 PM

Sundays

4:00 - 5:30 PM
