Our combination of velocity-based strength training, expert coaching, plyometrics, agility and speed sessions, are unlike any other programs in Southern California. We feature outdoor training on our own, lit practice field, adjacent to our 11,000 square-foot, fully-equipped training center in Pasadena, California. Separate sessions for 10-14 and high school athletes.
Our sessions are taught by experienced High School Head Coaches, as well as former High School & College Players
that tracks your speed and produces real-time data. We measure progress every step of the way.
Specialized training & lifting equipment designed specifically for speed training & certified strength coaches.
Our turf practice field is lighted and gated. Masks are not required for outdoor sessions. Covid 19 protocols in place for inside training.
