We train track athletes everyday and we know how to develop speed specifically for the football athlete. Our combination of velocity-based strength training, expert coaching, plyometrics, agility and speed sessions, are unlike any other programs in Southern California. We feature outdoor training on our own, lit practice field, adjacent to our 11,000 square-foot, fully-equipped training center in Pasadena, California. Separate sessions for 7/8th graders and high school athletes.
Our sessions are taught by experienced High School Head Coaches, as well as former High School & College Players
that tracks your speed and produces real-time data. We measure progress every step of the way.
Specialized training & lifting equipment designed specifically for speed training & certified strength coaches.
Our turf practice field is lighted and gated. Masks are required for all coaches and athletes. Covid 19 protocols in place.
