Muay Thai

Muay Thai uses it all - boxing, kicking, knees, elbows, attack, and defense moves. No workout destroys calories like Muay Thai kickboxing, a full-body workout providing both aerobic and anaerobic benefits. Dedicating 60 to 90 minutes to Muay Thai training can torch 1,000 to 1,200 calories burned in one session.

Unlike other martial arts, Thai kickboxing focuses primarily on strikes that employ foot sweeps and throws. While in the ring these techniques can help you get points and win a round, in a real fight you can use them to quickly take an assailant to the ground.

All levels welcomed. Give it a try!

Why Muay Thai?

  • Learn real world self defense skills while getting a great workout
