Develop the engine that drives power, explosiveness, quickness and multi-directional speed using advanced technique, resistance training and equipment. Athletes in any sport will see the difference in just weeks while reducing their chance of injuries. Weekly progressions end with lighter workouts before weekend competition. Completion of Speed Starter sessions or a waiver from a Speed Coach required for first-timers. Stop by 10 minutes before class and talk to the coach about the best option for your child.
