Get to Know Dakota

Dakota went to South Hills High and won a CIF championship in 2009. He earned an athletic scholarship to Colorado Mesa University. He was a closer for four years and his team was NCAA Division II runners-up in 2014. Signed as a reliever to the Colorado Rockies, he spent two years in the minors where he had a 4-1 record and 35 Ks in 36 innings pitched. His main focus is pitching and defense with an emphasis on arm health and longevity.
