This five-week summer speed program is ideal for all serious athletes, regardless of your sport. It offers proven methodologies, techniques and coaching to make athletes faster, stronger, more agile and durable. There's no unnecessary weight gain to slow you down, and customized workouts are designed to meet your needs and the demands of your particular sport.
Tem Electi's Stephan Harvey teams up with FitSport Kinetics speed, agility and strength coaches Malcolm Marable and Aeryana Earl offering three 90-minute workouts weekly, both indoors and outdoors.
Friday and Saturday sessions are from 10:30 AM - 12 Noon and Sunday sessions are 4:00 - 5:30 PM. The camp starts June 16th and continues weekly until July 23rd.
Athletes are measured on day 1 (height, weight, vertical reach, long jump, 40 yd dash, 5 -10 -5, 3-cone and max reps or max weight bench) and measured again at the end of the camp. You'll know exactly how much you've improved!
