General Manager and Certified Performance Enhancement Specialist, Kendrick Watson graduated from California State University, Los Angeles with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology. After playing youth and college soccer, Kendrick has remained actively involved in the soccer community. His philosophy is built on equipping athletes with the tools needed to succeed in their platform. Instilling a foundation of mechanics and movements that target optimal performance and durability are of extreme importance in creating high performing athletes in an environment that is energetic and enjoyable. He has shown success by working with athletes who attend top college programs all across the country as well as professional athletes.

That big smile at the front desk is Ashley, always ready to assist members and first time visitors with answers to questions, signing up for classes, billing inquiries, or introducing you to the right performance coach or nutrition expert. Ashley can assist coaches to set up team training sessions, guide parents looking for the right fitness solution for their kids, or set you up with a complimentary circuit training class to ensure it's the right fit for you! Ashley has a B.A. from Loyola Marymount University and her certificate in Graphic Design from the Otis College of Art and Design, which also makes her a great asset for our marketing and social media communications. 

Drew Kacena

Performance, Strength

& Conditioning Specialist

Drew Kacena graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, additionally he is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. While growing up playing many sports, Drew continually became interested in training and how it can help benefit your health and performance. Drew has had opportunities to work with countless youth, collegiate, and professional athletes as well as adults just like you looking to get in better shape. He believes all people can greatly benefit from an athletic-style training approach, regardless of your fitness level. 

Alfredo Carrasco

Performance, Strength & Conditioning Specialist​

Alfredo Carrasco is a certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the NSCA. He graduated with honors from California State University, Northridge with a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology. Alfredo's mantra, "exercise is medicine", resonates deeply with him and developed during his high school athletic career. He focuses on and teaches athletes under his direction how to safely and properly perform fundamental movements such as squats, hip hinges and push-ups before externally loading the muscles.

Savannah Viola 

Performance, Strength & Conditioning Specialist​

Savannah Viola was a scholarship student-athlete at the University of New Mexico, graduating with a Bachelors of Arts degree in psychology and family studies. While playing Division 1 Soccer, she earned the scholar-athlete award 4 consecutive years, maintaining above a 3.5 GPA. Post undergrad, Savannah enrolled into graduate school at Azusa Pacific University where she earned a Masters Degree in Leadership with an emphasis in Sport Management. During her graduate studies, Savannah worked as the Head Soccer coach for Flintridge Sacred Heart Academy, leading them to a State Championship for the first time in 10 years. She is a certified personal trainer and performance enhancement specialist through the National Academy of Sports Medicine program. She is a dedicated leader who is passionate about developing young athletes. Savannah brings high energy and enthusiasm to her training. She prides herself on being detail oriented and emphasizes exercise form. Her motto is “Train like an athlete,” for all her clientele so they can maximize their potential.

Matthew Spencer

Certified Master Trainer

An N.E.S.T.A. certified speed, quickness and agility specialist, Matthew, a native Californian, also embraces our motto: "fitness worth fighting for." With more than a decade of experience as an MMA fighter and coach, and a California state licensed boxing corner, Matthew knows up close the mental and physical aspects of strength and conditioning. He's a brown belt in the Eddie Bravo system of Jiu-jitsu and an accomplished instructor in Judo and Muay Thai for the past 7 years. With his broad background in fitness and combat sports, chances are you'll see Matt leading a Circuit Training class, working with boxing students, and instructing both stand up grappling and ground fighting students all in the same week!

David Kerr

Master Instructor - Founding Partner 

David's life long passion for sports and the martial arts started when he was a teenager. He used his advanced skills in wing chun, muay thai, shotokan karate and boxing to excel as an All-American high school athlete, and to play football for the University of Southern California.  Over the years, Dave curated the most effective techniques he learned from a variety of combat sports to create his own unique self-protection system he calls Kuaishou, which translates literally to "fast-hands" in Cantonese. He's a 5th degree black belt, frequent lecturer, and co-author of the recently published book "Idiots to Monsters: the Essential Guide to Surviving Common Threats and Violent Encounters."  He earned his Masters Degree in History from Cal State University Los Angeles.
