Our popular HIIT Circuit Training class heads outdoors for a full body workout under blue skies. In addition to blasting major calories, you'll improve athletic performance and boost energy levels from breathing in fresh air.
Just park and sweat! There's no need to enter the facility.
We have set up individual workout stations in the South parking lot - a wide open space immediately adjacent to the facility. Dumbbells, kettle bells, and all other equipment you'll need for the workout are disinfected, and can be picked up at the rear of the facility, just steps from the area we've reserved for you. There are thick rubber mats in 9'x9' square configurations, spaced 10-feet apart, providing for comfortable floor exercises at a safe distance. No mats or equipment are shared.
The open air format also provides an additional 80' x 30' area to spread out and relive the joy of sprints, shuttles, push up runs, back peddle to squat jumps, and agility drills.
All you need is the desire to get back into healthy habits, safely, as well as your own towel or yoga mat and water bottle!
