CIRCUIT 50 (HIIT TRAINING)

Our popular HIIT Circuit Training class is different every day. It's perfect for a full body workout with special emphasis on select muscle groups that change daily. In addition to blasting major calories, you'll improve athletic performance and boost your energy. Masks required for indoor sessions. 

All you need is the desire to get back into healthy habits, safely, as well as your own towel or yoga mat and water bottle! Sessions are 50 minutes and are offered daily Monday through Saturdays: 6:00, 7:00 & 9:00 AM and Tuesday/Thursdays at 6:00PM.

Class packages of 10, 20 or 30 sessions are available for purchase online, or come to the front desk for assistance. Monthly unlimited memberships are also available -- a great value -- and no contract is required.
