FitSport Kinetics offers training options for adults and kids, individually, in groups and teams. Whether you're looking to get back into shape after a long break, or getting better results from your current program, or you're an elite high school, college or pro athlete, we have a training option just for you.

CIRCUIT 45 (HIIT TRAINING) 

Our most popular group class, Circuit 45 is a full body workout designed to challenge you every visit. Classes target cardio endurance, muscular strength, and power. Push past your limits in this fitness-focused environment led by one of our skilled trainers. 

 

WHAT IS CIRCUIT TRAINING?  A dynamic workout style that is part strength training and part cardio. You'll cycle through a number of exercises with little rest in between.

 

DO I HAVE TO BE IN TOP SHAPE? All fitness levels are welcomed! Each class is 45 minutes of training, and with each class you attend you'll get stronger, faster, more fit and refreshed. Our trainers are there to guide you every step of the way, from beginners to athletes. 

WHEN ARE CIRCUIT 45 CLASSES OFFERED?  Classes are offered 7 days a week at a variety of times to fit your schedule. Book a trial class, a package of classes or an unlimited access pass and save 20%.

PLAYMAKER YOUTH FITNESS (8-12 years) 

Healthy childhood routines turn into lifelong healthy habits. Our youth fitness classes are fun and challenging, regardless of your child's fitness level. Performance coaches focus on strength, conditioning, speed, agility and cardio, with a different training focus for each day of the week. Improve your child's confidence, focus and athleticism with exercise classes that are always changing, challenging, fun and available six days a week. 

 
PERFORMANCE YOUTH FITNESS (13-17 years) 

Active teens maintain healthy habits for life. The benefits of routine fitness participation are undisputed: healthy weight and BMI for the prevention of Type 2 diabetes and heart health, lower stress and anxiety levels, improved blood circulation for healthy lung and brain function, strength and support for growing muscles and tendons (prevents injury), and enhanced self-esteem and confidence. Unplug! Get off the couch! Come in as often as you wish, and with just 2-3 sessions per week, you'll see a difference in alertness, energy, attitude and overall well being.

TEAM TRAINING

Our success is rooted in a continuing commitment to capturing the support of local youth sports, community organizations, and high school teams by providing structured, comprehensive training programs to benefit the individual athlete and team. Our training includes: 

  • Combine Testing to measure and develop athletic performance.

  • Pre-Practice/Game warm-up routines to aide with injury prevention and player readiness.

  • Periodization programs, including specific team training sessions by day, week, in season, and off.

ELITE ATHLETE TRAINING 

 

We provide individual athletes, small groups and teams with certified, experienced, and educated Sports Performance Coaches focused on complementing the style of the athlete and the culture of the team. Our goal is to optimize the athletic development of each player including nutrition and meal planning, injury prevention warm up routines, as well as sport-specific agility, strength and conditioning training. Every athlete is assessed and specific programs created for them to achieve peak performance and reduce the risk of injury.
