Youth & Teen Athletics Ages 7-18
Thousands of young athletes have trained at our facility for over 10 years. Our Jr. Sport program for pre-teens (7-11 years) helps build a solid foundation for your child's athletic movement and development. If your child is age 12-14, our Elevate training program builds off the basic foundations with more advanced training, including introductory strength training (with or without weights depending on age and goals). For athletes age 15-18, our PREP training sessions are elite level workouts customized to your sport or overall athletic goals.

Prep Level workouts are customized to help athletes achieve their goals, whether it be in-season (maintenance, conditioning, quickness) or off-season (strength, power, explosiveness, speed). Cross-training in boxing is not only great for conditioning, it's a refreshing change to your workout routine that develops hand-eye-coordination, quicker hand speed, balance and footwork skills.
