Build muscle and strength and reduce your chances of on-field injuries. Ideal for teens and adults looking to learn safe and proper techniques for weightlifting without adding unnecessary weight which may slow your speed & reduce flexibility. Our strength coaches will design a personal plan for you based on your sport or training goals. 2-3 sessions weekly recommended (off-season), 1-2 sessions for maintenance during competition season.
