We Make Athletes Faster
Speed is essential to success in any sport. FitSport's unique approach to speed & and agility training and expert coaches will get you faster, stronger, and more explosive. Our process starts with fundamentals: body control at the center of gravity, coordination, stability, stride frequency over stride length, and attention to deceleration and acceleration drills. Our Speed Starter sessions (speed & agility for ages 7-11 and 12-14, are where critical fundamentals in form, posture, and technique are taught and put into practice at every session.
When proficiency is reached, your Speed Starter coach will advance you into Elite Speed training workouts, heavy on resistance training, level of intensity, more complex drills, and developing the energy system for efficient, sport-specific performance you'll need, especially late in the game. 1-1 personal speed & and agility training is also an excellent path to accelerate your game to the next level.
