Speed is essential to success in any sport. FitSport's expert coaches will get you faster, stronger, and more explosive. Our process starts with fundamentals: body control at the center of gravity, coordination, stability, stride frequency over stride length, and drills to master acceleration and deceleration. One-hour workouts daily for three levels of age and skill level.

Ideal for beginners, ages 7-11, including critical fundamentals in form, posture, and technique along with body weight and core exercises. Here's where kids "train to train," with all eyes on Coach, teaching your child to listen to directions. It's a fun mix of speed, agility and strength while learning to jump, land, change direction, accelerate and decelerate safely.
Generally for ages 12-14, most Level 2 athletes participate in a competitive sport. Sessions incorporate resistance training, plyometrics, and techniques for explosive starts. Athletes learn how to accelerate properly to top speed while maintaining form and multi-directional speed drills and jump training make these workouts ideal for athletes in any sport.
Typically athletes in Elite Speed training workouts are ages 13 and up and play elite-level sports. Heavy on resistance training, with more complex drills designed to build the energy system for explosiveness and efficiency. By first assessing the individual athlete's weaknesses, our expert coaches work with you to bring your body in balance, firing fast twitch muscles while maintaining competition form & game-changing performance.
